How to Book

If you have a query or to book appointments send me an email at (  or text Alison 027 767 7437

Ruth has retired – her contact details are Ruth 09 580 0018).

Sessions are broken into one or two hour appointments, these can be as close as over two consecutive days or a week apart or up to two months apart.

For those travelling from out of Auckland I offer a same day assessment of the first and second appointments if required, although this is not ideal. Next day appointments are advised for out of town clients where possible.

Once a booking is made I will email you a Parent Questionnaire, and a Teacher Questionnaire [while helpful this is optional]. Please complete and bring these along to your first appointment. You will also receive a confirmation of appointment letter which outlines what to expect and an idea of any other information that you could consider bringing along to the appointment.

For Special Assessment [exam] Conditions assessments,  [SAC's] please book early as schools have set closing dates.  We suggest the 4th term of the year prior to sitting exams [e.g. Year 10], to early in Term 1 of the year of the exams.  Please be prepared to book several months ahead of when you would like to have the assessment.

Check with your school SENCO [Learner Support Teacher]  to find out the closing dates  at your school for SACs. Please note however that schools are usually able to put in a preliminary application and will usually accept a ‘data summary sheet’, until the final report is available, so do not despair if time is running out, or you have found out late in the term.
